    It could possibly be, its actually my wife passport that this is happening too. We got married recently so we are just changing her surname on everything. Perhaps that could of happened because now that i think about it her current passport with her maiden name is not set to expire anytime soon...

    Yes, sent an email saying we owe R600 and if i go onto the dha website it says "Application Pended - Payment Outstanding" but when i go to payment side it says payment is complete

    Yeah, its almost like the system glitched and now is charging us again for the passport. I have tried to go to back to the bank and they sent me to home affairs, then at home affairs they kept sending me in a circle from payment back to info counter and no one could help me. So i am really...
