    Here is the announcement on your site, https://coolideas.co.za/announcements/58695 Power is definitely plugged it, I did power cycle it earlier, so might be that. Only the power and ethernet lights are on.

    @CoolEscalator Logged a ticket (#COOL-20241120-2080647) for internet issues in Northern Paarl. According to your site, there was planned Vuma maintenance yesterday, but nothing listed for today. Did the maintenance over run? Any info would be appreciated!

    @PBCool , can we please have some feedback on this one? COOL-20240617-1802227 Today is the 3rd day of these random disconnects. I'm currently on my mobile data as it's unusable for work. Also confirmed with other people in the area that they are also affected, but on different ISPs.
