    That can be nice. I've used the tool to create a shortlist and then when you download their brochure/PDF then you see that a lot of inclusions are on that plan. But that might become too complex for the tool logic...

    Been on Discovery Classic Smart for a while, but that monthly payment hurts a lot. I do not have any chronic diseases and never visited a doctor for the past 10 years. I feel like I can benefit more from a different hospital plan cause I lose out from my current plan by not using the included...

    On the app/site navigate to Help and use the chat button at the bottom right. An automated bot will try and help you but just click on "Chat to agent" once the bot attempts to answer your question.
