    Lawyers or not ,This is no way to treat a person . As for feeling entitled, I think it’s an appropriate response for the months numerous phone calls I’ve given them(with my airtime) ,being transferred from one person to the other and emails sent with no response .

    Not that I don’t want to sign,I need to vent a little . Also I’d like to know if I can sue them or something . I’ve been waiting since last year for their report , since September. They were only able to respond this month .

    Hence my frustration. As I’ve mentioned before they first said, in their email , I authorised the payment via the OTP pin but in their second email ,they said I fell victim to phishing . If their investigation was so thorough,why would they keep changing their statements?
