    Rain - 5G modem is dead since a week and no resolution made

    Hi can we get information why rain Wi-Fi 5G modem doesn't connect to network? will there be a compensation for the coming month? since we paid for something that doesn't work, it's been 3 weeks now struggling and forced to purchase once off data, which makes the cost to be double now...
