yes it was within seven days yes i am the registered owner i did return the entire package there was no physical damage to the phone, it still had the plastic covering on the front and back there was no after market modifications -

good day I have purchased a p20 lite just recently and returned it two days later, the issue was as follwos: when it was charged fully, immediately after taking it off the charger it would lose 3-5 % battery life. The battery died very soon after being charged even when the phone was not used...
