Sounds more like Osteopathy. My mom went to see one in France over a shoulder complaint, but the migraines she'd been having weekly, all her life, disappeared after her treatment. But Osteopathy is way different to physiotherapy.
Yeah, I've never found physio helpful. A band-aid at best, but usually the relief is due to the cessation of pain, from someone trying to bend you like a bowtie. You're just grateful to get out of there....
