@rain_mobile Had your unlimited service for 4 days now. I want to cancel, getting a mere 2mbps has proved impossible. Logging a support ticket to get this optimized didnt help as your team is not responding.
If I cancel today, do you still bill for a complete month and not pro-rata?
Moving my router to the nearest rain site doesnt change the below. It still connects to the furthest site.
Please help what do I need to do now?
