    These are the common items the SA Post Office wants private couriers to stop delivering

    I have lost count to the many parcels from overseas the have gone missing (stolen) at Jo’burg airport post office. You can’t contact them or file a complaint.

    No, only if KLM/Air France or any other major international airline company will take them over with no involvement from the SA government.

    Do you shop at Dion Wired?

    No I don’t set a foot inside the shops anymore. There is no service at all. The staff are always busy in groups talking to each other or they are busy on their mobile phones and they have had training in ignoring customers. They will not make eye contact.

    Have you been to Home Affairs recently?

    I go almost every three weeks. I applied for my ID on 1st October 2018. They then told me it would take two months. Ever since I have been going they to enquire if my ID is ready yet? Every time I get the same old story. Backlog, come back in three weeks.

    Post office, what post office. Our post office in Modderfontein was all of a sudden closed without notice. The container with postboxes is still there, but if I see how many letters are wrongly misplaced into my letterbox, I wonder how many of my letters are put into the wrong postbox???? They...
