    I'd say they go full brightness about for 30 - 40 seconds. If there is more motion it stays on longer. Its enough to get your attention that there is movement. Even cats set them off if they go past.

    Solight is good, i have a couple Mars1 lights around the garden from them and they work great. Last all night on dim and are very bright when they sense movement. Much better quility than the crap you get at builders/lee roy merlin.
