The specs say 10cm but mine is mounted 25cm away so can only say it works well at that range.
No condensation issues so far, it's been in for 4 months and so hasn't lived through the max heat of summer and is also very shaded.
Not very helpful in answering your questions but that's my...
Working very well so far, no connection issues and running on localTuya. If I remember correctly it was a bit tricky selecting all the Tuya DPS numbers and allocating the attributes but successful in the end.
The percentage is accurate when stable or emptying but when refilling from the...
Hi guys, I'm using mushroom cards and show the status of another entity on the card of the switch. So for example for my pool, the switch is a sonoff and the temperature comes from heat pump. This works ok with card mod.
However what I can't figure out is how to have the hold action on the...
I got one of these ultrasonic water tank level sensors last week:

Agreed, mine is also always way out on rainy days.
My work around is that if the forecast is less than 18kwh (a perfect day for me has a forecast of 55kwh, so say less than 33% of max) then I only run the absolute essentials. So pool pump, pool heat pump, borehole and the one geyser then dont...
For my hikvision dvr I use the WEBRTC Camera integration and the RTSP feed from the DVR. There may be something you need to enable on the DVR so that there is an RTSP feed but I can't quite remember

If I remember correctly the device ID is the same as the serial number printed on the QR code sticker on the logger itself, most likely starting 17....
So if you use the Fing app or your router software you should be able to find the device ID and then the IP address
Not sure why its making you do this, I added a smart plug 2 weeks ago and it was there automatically under the Configure - Add a new device. No need to log into the API consol at all to get the key.
Are your devices and HA on the same network?
