I now have speed problems ongoing since 9 December 2020 (confirmed by MTN through OpenWeb) and yet nothing has been done to fix it.
I have tickets open with their coverage helpdesk and they keep telling me its been escalated or instead asking me again and again to fill in their stupid online...
They first told me 10 days ago it was their firewall. Then the story changed today that's it a routing issue outside of their network and there's nothing they can do
We have a 100mbps line ... barely get 25 Mbs most of the day ... all day. Support does nothing to resolve anything as I have been on at them now since January.
:ROFL: 10 days with your Twitter support crew and basically "there's nothing we can do" serious ???? Routing is up to ****. I had WAY better connectivity when BOTH WACS and SAT cables were broken at the same time. Just shrug shoulders and hope the problem goes away
