    I am not a recruiter but I think they just head to the website and filter candidates when looking for someone to fill a specific role. They are able to see your profile. My guess is you're lucky.

    Disagree. I'm now unemployed with nothing to do and guess what, I'm back to drinking. Maybe next time they should inform the patient how long they'll be in the programme.

    @xrapidx @killerbyte basically what the termination letter said. Thank you. I did inform them that I have a drinking problem a month before being forced into rehab and they also used that as ammo in the termination letter. Lesson learned: Never admit your problems, especially mental ones...
