    I do not have a ref number. On the form there's no ref number and when i called the consultant did not give me a ref number. Why is it so hard to BLOCK MY OWN DEVICE. It was supposed to be a simple quick process but this is going on for days. Again, i need to block that phone to get the itc...

    Yes I've filled the form and it's been more than 24 hours. Still did not get the itc number. Please can u help me to get that number its really frustrating that i have to phone and go to the store so many times only to get the same answer. I still need to open a case and i dont have so much time...
