Every time area 9 in jhb comes out of loadshedding these past few days, vumatel or CI goes down for 30min to an hour. Currently it has been down 40 mins and counting. What gives?

See even that info, on the 4 hour cycles, helps me manage my expectations. Definitely worth adding to any communication I'd suggest. "Your line needs provisioning. We can see an error with that, we'll have an update in 4-5 hours."
