    Turning 34 this year and if I being brutally honest the company jumping and other kak didn't really help me grow in any meaningful way. Life also been a bit difficult since 2022. At R1.5bar a year now. R2.1 with bonuses + share allotment. Will do a proper breakdown of everything when I am sober.

Now at the current company (A) I should get a view on what increases look like later this week hopefully but manager has mentioned something like 5% and shares worth 10-15% that become available every year, so...

    Full-time contract through my company. Client doesn’t want contracting houses.

    32 and last day at current place. Finished at R99k gross excluding bonuses etc. Back to being only a dev but contracting @ R1200p/h for the next 2 years. Will update when I leave this place

    Firstly everyone's career is their own responsibility. I am not content with where I am at the moment and while I am lucky to be in the 1%, there is no reason I shouldn't strive for more. How do you think I got to this point ?
