Hi My deco mesh just doesn't want to connect to the internet, support is telling me there is an issue with the deco and the pppoe, Im trying to use the details but its not connecting to the internet...
ah I see, looking at some reviews it seems that the XE75 is more useful for wireless backhaul and we will be using wired backhaul - so most probably will go with the cheaper one
Seems like I’ll be using it in mesh mode, are there any models recommended by you guys? Leaning toward the deco XE75 because its wifi 6e and will be future proof - but the price is steep at 13k
If you were to contrast it to the router that CISP sends (300mb down package), what would you use in that case? The mesh as a router vs the one you guys provide
im leaning toward router mode because AP mode would kind of add unnecessary steps?
It would be ONT > Main mesh (router actor) > other meshes via ethernet
or, access point mode would be:
ONT > Router > Main mesh > other meshes, all of this via ethernet.
Hi, Openserve should be finishing up installation soon and I am using CISP.
My query is with the TPLink mesh systems;
if in router mode, does it just go from the ONT > Main mesh (acting as router) > other meshes via ethernet backhaul
OR
would it be recommended more to use the mesh as access...
Honestly I even considered just getting a wooden block or something because most of the stands I’m looking for have a max weight that’s not what this tv weighs ♂️
50kg was the benchmark for the tv stands I was looking at because it’d include the stand. haven’t seen one stand that will even cover the entire length of the tv So I think mounting is the way to go
