Bringing up an oooolld thread.
Two things:
1) What did you do to give you a rough prepaid estimate?
2) Was it easy to intergrate your geyserwise? about to have 2x installed plus we have upgraded our solar a little to 3 phase now
Recently bought mine. Quite enjoying it. Might look at selling it as I don't think Kodi is going to be "easy" enough for my parents to move away from dstv. Might get a simpler android box (and taking suggestions for IPTV providers)
If we are on Openserve currently ~ can we move over before the end of the month (ie. Yesterday//asap)?
My speed tanks heavily between 6-9pm on a 100/50 line. So am super interested to see if something similar happens with you guys.
I'm also on Openserve.
The fact that during the day I can't watch any twitch (even 360p fails sometimes).
But then later its back to being somewhat normal. This was done now at 11:05

After their fix, the past week has been fantastic. Pretty much always around the...
Thing is, line works perfectly in the early hours of the morning (1 AM). Even now (12:14PM), I'm hitting 81/34 (still not 100/50, but its better. Afternoons into late evenings it becomes almost unusable - I had google fail to load.
Having a horrid time on Seacom.
This is my 100/50 line (Openserve)

Not to say that it has always been bad:
When I contacted them, the rep told me that they are having issues in JHB (I'm in CT)...
Edit:
And who would...
Google:

So, I'm finally "fully" on MacroLan/Seacom ~ So far so good. Ping to EU is fantastic (about 150-180 ingame) and have yet to test in peak times, but so far I've been sitting at a comfy 95/45 (due to my QoS settings I've done on my router).
Overall, pretty happy!
Went with their 100/50 package, they said that they dont have a FUP or anything. So will be interested to see how it goes. Honestly the only reason I'm moving from Telkom is price.
Oof, hopefully those are not on Openserve :)
Starting with them this week (hopefully), after a bunch of the other providers have had these huge sign up deals, I hope I have not missed out
