    For the jobs listed on that table, I don't see why a whole IT qualification is required. Maybe for the 8 technical people needed, but the rest of those positions really don't need IT qualifications - Drivers, Indexers, Scanners and Receiving Clerks surely don't need IT to get jobs. If i read...
