I did the same and purchased local. Paid the higher price and received my goods via Postnet promptly. I know I will have duplicated stock, but better than no stock.
Agree ! Problem lies with Gearbest, 28 days now and no delivery after paying for Priority Line Shipping 7-15 days. Read previous comments re payment problems to Buffalo. And my door to door has been converted to PEP Stores delivery.
Paxi may be slow and not associated with my paid for Priority Shipping, but their website tracking is good. My 7-15 day Priority Shipping is now at day 24....at least its at the Cape Town Hub
Yes, but all other couriers deliver here daily. The smaller ones only Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I'll cut my losses and get out.

This has been an amazing journey for me ! Get an email now from Buffalo that the parcel will be delivered sometime via Paxi, to the nearest PEP Store branch. Wonderful, as the nearest branch is 40km from me ! And this I paid extra for as it is called PRIORITY LINE.......:mad::mad:

I sent Buffalo a similar email on THURSDAY, stating that I would pay outstanding shipping if this would release the parcel. No reply yet.
Day 13. Still no change in Status at Gearbest.: Airshipping for the last 9 days now ! :mad::mad:
I have visions of a poor homing pigeon with my parcel strapped to its back trying to fly to South Africa....
Gearbest support answers my queries with replies like "Please assured that the package is still in the way.
