    Exactly. So you can't expect to pay rain prices when rain don't have the infrastructure. MTN and Vodacom have put the money in to build their networks now they should be allowed to gain from that. Let's not forget the massive maintenance on their huge networks.

    I agree with RPM. If you not happy with your provider then move. As for rain, yes it is uncapped but the signal is so poor. Go into a building and it has no signal. You pay for what you get. I just see MTN and Vodacom dragging this out for as long as possible.
