hi there, RICA on my rain sim is taking almost 3 days now. The website mentions RICA takes about 2 hours. Yet its been much longer. I logged multiple queries with them as the SLA time of 24-48 hours have passed. No feedback received up until now. There is no chat facility or call center due to...
