    Thank you Rain! Very helpful assistance with the live face recognition step. It turned out that the device I used wasn't compatible, although my face showed on the screen. Now we have wifi at home, I'm a very satisfied customer!

    I have ordered a Rain sim through Talealot because we are staying on a farm, and the street address is invalid. Now I'm stuck on the face recognition step, in the Rica processes. Is there any email address I can use to log a complain or something...
