The reason why there are no mention of the FNO is because the issue is at AH. But FYI it is Openserve. They have been at my premises 3 times, checking infrastructure. The only party that followed up everyday with a call, unlike my ISP. And FYI, the mention of an ISP within my province was...- tubbzV2

I disagree with getting it resolve quicker. I called their offices and held a fibre guy at ransom, and only then it was kind of resolved. It's still not 100%.- tubbzV2
