    This sounds so similar - Vox is withholding the line for not even providing a single service. They clearly want to inconvenience people, and it's not helping their brand image in any way. And Vumatel is just as useless - they also are not responding to messages.

    They refuse to release my line, that's now the additional issue - it's been over a month and they still aren't responding to my messages for releasing my line. Not even a phone call. At this point, I'm actually considering taking legal action on top of contacting ISPA
