    Any known issues in Jhb with Vumatel? Been expiercing very erratic connections with work servers located in the UK. Been trying to download Pingplotter on my Mac, and it keeps timing out. Speed tests seems fine Finally got it downloaded: Target Name: www.summit-group.com IP...

    Will do. We had some hardcore lightning last week, so might also be my router. I'm going to try a backup and see if it changes anything. If not I'll log a call thank you!

    Any known issues with Vumatel in Jhb? Speed Tests around a fifth what it is usually. Been getting weird drops throughout the day (In Teams & Slack), a bunch of buffering on twitch. Seems to be very erratic.

    Really hope this doesn't take too long to fix. Current latency to my citrix vm makes it pretty impossible to use.

    Citrix really seems to be unstable right now. From my thumb sucking I seems to be between 4-10 seconds of latency. Even more so when you join a teams call via citrix.

    Thanks for the confirmation. Wondering if it hit something bigger as I completely lost all access to my Citrix VM and even now it's feeling like three times the usual latency
