I think they are doing this just to be safe, which is obviously wrong. I walked into a shop to ask for the trade-in deal for a S22. Their website was advertising the amounts R10k, R8k, and R5k according to the condition of the device. At the store, they told me they will only give a maximum R5k... -

I tried my sim card on another phone and the caller ID is active. So clearly its my phone that has an issue. As I mentioned I have discovered other settings are also missing....!!!??? -

The option caller ID is in grey colour and therefore not functional. From your screenshot, I see I am also missing the Call Barring and Change call barring password... It seems my phone is missing more than I had discovered so far.... -

Only one IMEI number shows... Its from MTN. When buying it they said it was a dual SIM phone... Besides this, other "weird" things that dont appear on my phone that I have discovered so far: cant get rid of the step counter and cannot hide my Caller ID.... So, so far 3 settings that other... -

Thanks. The problem is that my phone does not have the option "Dual SIM settings" at all!!! This the 3rd setting that I have found so far that is missing on my software's phone!!! Maybe its time to take my phone back....!!! -

How do you set up your 2nd SIM card on Huawei P30? Cannot find the "Dual SIM settings" under "Settings" > "Wireless & networks"
