    Thanks. I spoke with my neighbour - he has similar issues: buffering, slow speeds after about 5pm. He will do a few speedtests tonight. He is on a 200/200 line.

    Good morning, Many thanks. I can ask my neighbour to check. On my Deco, I'll disable "ignore ping from wan", which I assume is what you need for ICMP in this case? I'm upgrading network gear this week, so if we get this all sorted, all the better. Thanks again for the help.
