    Hi ..to subpoena IP logs from an ISP without help from he SAP is nearly impossible ..only then to find that the SIM was a prepaid from street vendors , RICA info is that absolutely fake and untraceable, and heaven helps you if they used a gmail account .. Google does not even bother to reply
