    This is still happening. I just purchased a MXQ Pro 4k 5g that is suppose to have 2gb DDR3 Ram and 16GB Internal Storage as advertised. Under settings on the device this is true. However I found it slower than my previous box and installed HW Info (rated one of the best apps for device info)...
