I find your question ridiculous, it is obvious that I want to close my account - why be so ridiculous and ask the very question that the complaint is about?
I have made countless calls, emails and waited over 2 months for Rain to accept my request to close my account, as such I now owe them money and still I wait for them to (1.) answer their phones (2.) answer the phones and then not cut me off rudely when they hear I am trying to close my account...
