From what I can see, Telkom has different plans, each with their own pros/cons. I have a "normal" prepaid sim that I can use for voice/sms/data. The R229 package requires you to change to a plan that seems to be data-only
I think Telkom noticed that mistake ... I can access this *180*3*4*2*2# but it wants me to change plans before proceeding (which I don't want to do on my current sim)
I’m not on the correct tariff plan, but I do see something under *180*3*4*2*2# option, maybe you could confirm what you see, assuming you’re on the SmartBroadband wireless prepaid data plan?
I called them twice (Wednesday and yesterday). They promised that someone will call to explain why, but I'm still waiting for that call. My account started working again this morning.
My Tymebank account randomly locked this week. Seems to be happening to a lot of others lately, WTF Tymebank? I called the number and they will "escalate to the relevant department", still waiting. Thank God for banking with another bank.
To this day, not sure what happened to my old steering rack. One day it became harder to turn the steering wheel than in a MK1 golf. Had to get it replaced.
