I have been using this prepaid deal (MTN Superflex) for more than a year now. Excellent deal if you're looking for unlimited...
Dodge move by MTN.. I suspect they will have tons of customers renew and sign up bf deals, and only after that will they implement this.
It will be good to know the legal opinion on this.
Took them more than 3 months to eventually fix a problem of me not receiving my statement via email. Only for it to work for one month then break for another few months. Thank goodness they have now managed to fix it again. Hope it does not break now... its a mission..
Use the MTN app to purchase once-off bundles. The deals seem to be personalised based on previous usage. I generally get 30 day bundles for voice at a good price.
Purchased firewood to the value of R140 at Sasol. Threw away the receipt, only realized last week that it disqualified me from fuel double earn during Aug..
Long story short, eBucks listened to nothing. Reckon any transaction over R100 must have a receipt to prove that it was not fuel purchased...
Maybe MTN is using the package normal subs and not the bf discounted subs to calculate the cancellation fee.
As suggested above I guess there will be forum members willing to transfer the contract. (If MTN allows)
I am in the exact same boat as you.
Had dual call sim since first bf deal and it has since worked fine with datashare activated and in use as well.
Now this deal has broken that..
It seems MTN have now deactivated my dual call simcard.
I toggled on the datashare option and added a beneficiary...
