I completed payment for my service on 12/11/2024, there has been issues with activation since then. Got my third Vuma ref number from support yesterday this ref has been resolved with no contact or anyone coming out to my house. Is this the norm when Vuma is the provider ?

Having trouble getting line released and service cancelled, anyone successfully done this before and how did you go about it. WhatsApp line has me going thru the same steps until I get a confirmation email, but then nothing is actual done on the date specified.
