    Flood damage thing of the past thankfully. This place is nothing as it use to be, the amount of development, widening of roads now, shopping Centre. It's worth a visit if you haven't.

Medical done 5th January, I was 6.87... 1 month of, tablets, 4-5 times weekly 5km walking Reduction in carbs (pizza/pasta/bread) Stuck to wholewheat or multi seed bread. 4 times a week avo Daily Chia seeds in water in the morning, or in cereal, allow 30mins alone seeds...

    Yes! Expired 22 Jan, but also I try to use it on 22nd, and it said expired on their screen. Frustrating. Already no more taste magazine vouchers as those mags are done away with, I feel the coffee vouchers sliding or reducing soon too. I wouldn't be surprised.

    I stay in Umdloti, come here. Better, in between Umhlanga and Umdloti... Search Umdloti letting, they might have some available to rent, otherwise, nice spot on the beach is surf motel.

    Wish I didn't have to use it... Gone to dogs in Durban, early morning rides they always ask where you heading to, and if it's not worth it, cancel rides on repetition. Defeats the purpose of having such a service. Probably better to go old school, and ask a friend for a trip
