    That is so wrong... People need to be given a chance based on their experience and not on their skin colour....

    Someone please tell me, Why should the skin colour matter?? The country need help of skilled individuals irregardless of their skin colour and bear in mind these guys they are willing to help and if things can be done and on merit these guys they do qualify.
