    Done. VUMA says they need a ticket number to help. They cannot help without it. Funny enough EasyWeb gives these to their customers immedately.

    Looks like a general outage on Vumatel in the Brackendowns area. Started at 7PM: COOL-20250302-2328277. Two other people on the Whatsapp area group also reported the outage.

    I've been noticing lag spikes during gaming, game disconnections and lag spikes during youtube streaming. I have also had some PPPOE drops. This started about 2 weeks ago and I am still continuing to see this.

    I am paying for a Static IP but it keeps changing to another static IP. Why is this happening? It is a really big problem because I am losing access to MANY systems. Last week a reboot of the ONT fixed it... I'll try again... COOL-20240605-1789873

    This is not an Openserv issue. I am on Vumatel. People in the area on Vumatel and not on CISP are fine without drops or slow speeds.

    Also seeing issues for the past hour. Looks like a port issue to me. Web browsing internationally working. Discord working and streaming fine. I am able to remote desktop to an AWS system in the UK. Microsoft Teams working. But SIP connected to USA, Zoom & Remote Access software is not working...
