    I answered my own question by reading the actual article instead of skim reading. It is a temporary upgrade, meaning yeah the 40mb people will be scoring for a while.

    So I'm confused. 40mb will be upgraded to 100mb, right... I get that. But will the previous 40mb people continue to pay the same amount, yet getting 100mb speed while people already on 100mb will stay as is, but will be paying more than what the 40mb people will be paying. Or am I missing...

    Well this is pretty exciting. Curious to see how this will affect the end users on thing like Openserve fibre when this is implemented. Should hopefully mean highers speeds or lower prices.
