    I was sat outside the nurses offices for a bit, so wasn't doing anything crazy. I am a talker extrovert, so I did a meditation practice whilst taking the test. Still it seemed way out of the norm in terms of readings. And wasn't really white coat syndrome, those things don't really impact me.

    Yesterday had my Vitality test BP was like 170 on left arm and 162 on right arm. No diamond status for me then. Had a rough year emotionally and mentally, job loss, + not sticking to my meal plans. Still no excuse. Today at my GP its 142 (which for me is normal - family history and stuff)...

    I am sure they will have some sort of limits like they do now, but less. The Draeger meters they use are pretty accurate as well.
