Wonder who that is ... I was with another reputable ISP , had no issues when with them with regards to this issue , maybe different upstream Provider ?

AfriMan care you explain your “Shaping” , and explain why we need to have a vpn or proxy enabled for seem less streaming ? We paying for a service and expect this to wrk without any proxies etc

Any one else experience constant buffering with third party streams on Afrihost so called pure fibre . I’m inclined to think they are shaping
