    Best ISP with lowest international(UK) latency?

    Hi guys, I hope someone with some direct experience might be able to advise me on which ISP would meet my needs. I need to support a large UK customer. My main requirements are: Google Talk Skype RDP & VNC (Especially the vnc protocol, it can become seriously unusable with bad latency)...
