    Vodacom voucher offer Scam or not?

    I have 3 contracts with vodacom. Upgraded all 3 with promises of 3 x R3500 vouchers. Waited 3 months - now voucher department tells me vodacom hasnt send them vouchers in quite a while. Is this also a scsm because it was also promised with samsung phones. I cant believe vodacom gets away with it.
