    Yes it should be fine. Depends however who is taking care of the kids during the day. If they need to go to cresh/kindergarten, it will take a huge chunk of your money.

    There is the sad part. The majority of SA who are keeping the ANC in power are used to crapping in a bucket/field, no running water, no electricity, no jobs. There is no suffering, as it is the norm.

    Just painted the exterior of my house and perimeter walls with plascon micatex. Great paint. On certain walls we wanted a darker color and tried Duram (The outdoor one). Duram is like water compared to micatex. 3 coats of Duram required to coat the same as 1 coat of micatex...

    Seal garage floor

    Also not a fan of the interlocking rubber tiles. Had them in my garage and had some nasty mold grow underneath. Was an absolute mess to remove.
