Just my 2c (and uneducated thoughts), will not take the 5% option (or inflation linked), they really giving you your own money back by with holding 5% per month right at start of investment.

Go look at that fees, Sure 10x 1%, Precipient (spelling?) 1% , the rest 2%+ , but heck 1% on millions is a lot of money...
