    How to test if regular packet loss is caused by faulty router or ISP (Mweb)?

    I changed my ISP from Mweb to Afrihost and that solved the problem. This is definitely an Mweb issue, and the best part is they don’t know what is causing the issue. I feel like they might be doing this purposely to some of their clients.
