    1. With regards to the fan. I started the car, everything looked normal, no engine light, although the night night prior I had an engine check light coming on and off.     I found CTS, it's wiring is messed. When I touch the wiring the fan turn on and off, when I removed it, the check engine light came back on, put it back on, then it stayed for a couple of seconds then disappeared.
