    Go back to the beginning of the thread and read all the posts. Then under no circumstances just invest money. More critically, never try or monthly payments unless you can be 100% certain your bank account won't be emptied. Even the original investment story seems pretty improbable but not...

    Now City of Joburg is making the same kinds of noises. For CoJ the answer is to make the millions of non-payers pay up. The easy answer is always just to go after people who are honest.
