    As usual, too bloody lazy to work out the price of DSTV! There is a monthly access fee of R100 to be added, and if you want box office, then there is another charge. Wake up and work out the pricing properly!

Dames cut the maintenance budget by 2/3 to 3/4, another tried to screw a multi-million pension out of the pension fund. All in all, these deployees did NOTHING...

    Used DSTV for various non-fiction programmes like quizzes and "Escape to the Country" as well as sport. However, at nearly R1 000 per month I can't afford it anymore. Out of the 200+ channels, I maybe watched 10. Never watched films or the American, Nigerian crap.

    There are PLENTY of service stations around - how many recharge points (assuming that there is electricity in the first place and the cabling hasn't been pinched) would be available? I see major traffic jams at Harrismith and Bloemfontein!!!

    Totally farcical comparison. Work out the cost for the batteries to be replaced at a c/km. Who in hell is going to risk a long-distance drive in an electrical car with load-shedding likely to get worse?

    What I never see in comparisons is the Standard Bank's Consolidator account for pensioners. I compared my typical monthly activity with what it would cost me at Capitec - Std won hands down. Perhaps you should do a comparison for pensioners.
