    Hi, My package on Cool Ideas changed from 50mbs down/5mbs up to 50mbs down/50mbs up last month but I have just noticed that I still only get 5mbs up. Do I need to request the change? I assumed it was automatic as my package information on the Cool Idea's portal is updated.
