The Rugby Thread - Part Deux

Siya hasn't played since his last Sharks game in the URC. So he might be a bit rusty. Although he had a few good runs on Saturday. I'm sure Rassie will whip them into shape in no time.

Good wins by SA A & Boks. Jasper Wiese reminding us again why he is in the team - what a beast. Good kicking from Kolbe. Decent outing for most players. Established guys like Kolisi, PSDT, Sous & Andre Esterhuizen re-affirmed their class. New guys like Norton & Moyo showed they might be ready...

US to end funding of South Africa's HIV programmes over claims of Afrikaner persecution

So basically cut your nose to spite your face? That's shooting yourself in the foot. Sorry for speaking in idioms. SA don't have the luxury and funds to be picky about their international buddies and stance/foreign policy.

True in some parts. I don't have the stats to prove it but I would bet a guess that more often than not, home teams do better in play-off games.

Just one of the consequences that happens when you bite the hand that feeds you. I'm not a USA/Trump fan but we need every bit of funding that we can get.
